Digitisation and energy-efficient planning are topics that are currently affecting the entire construction industry and thus also intecplan. intecplan will play a committed role in shaping these developments in order to further expand its position as a leading solution provider on the market in the field of technical building equipment. As a result, the management team has been restructured for this purpose: In addition to Helmut Schwarz and Dr. Maximilian Müller, Thomas Albrecht and Thorsten Schwarz are now part of the intecplan management team. At the same time, Heiko Lappe has withdrawn from the operational management and moved to the advisory board.
With Thomas Albrecht and Thorsten Schwarz, the management level of intecplan is supported by two experts with many years of experience in the operative business. Thomas Albrecht has been part of the planning and consulting company for 25 years and has proven himself in both planning and technical project management. Thorsten Schwarz has been part of the Düsseldorf team for eight years and has successfully completed numerous major projects. In the management team, they focus on future-oriented topics: Thomas Albrecht is dedicated to the competence areas of energy efficiency, sustainability and project controlling. Thorsten Schwarz is responsible for BIM, digitalisation and corporate controlling. With the help of this realignment, the management of intecplan is broadening its focus and can ideally act as a driver of future-oriented topics.
