Specialists in integrated planning.

Turing property plans into reality requires real-estate experts with a wide range of skills, throughout the planning and construction process. Examples of intecplan’s specialisation include its focus on technical building services and the use of regenerative energies and energy-saving techniques.

  • Over four decades at the forefront of planning and technical control on complex new building and renovation projects at home and abroad.
  • Our fields of activity: technical project management and technical building services for railway stations, office blocks, research institutions, hotels, hospitals, museums, schools, transport facilities and residential properties.

We follow the principles of integrated technical planning, which means that our employees are trained across several disciplines. Those performing the role of project manager, for example, act as the direct contact for the client and for all the tradespeople and subcontractors involved in a project.

“We all have the same goal, all look in the same direction. This is what our project teams are all about. At the same time, though, everyone focuses on what they really do well.” – Matthias Hoffjann, Project Manager
